T&F for 2009/2010 Posted! The maximum tuition and fee rates for the 2009-2010 school year for Post-9/11 GI Bill (Ch33) have been determined and posted on the GI Bill website. For 2009/10 the maximum in-state undergraduate tuition pre credit hour for a public institution has been determined to be $291.67. The maximum in-state undergraduate fees per term for a public institution is $13,328.00. These amounts will be used to determine the maximum amount that can be paid under Chapter 33 before any Yellow Ribbon payments are made.
