ELR Takes On New Responsibilities Alabama's Education Liaison Representative, Chuck Rice, has been promoted to the position of Lead Education Liaison Representative and will be in charge of the Atlanta Education Outreach Office's hub operations covering Alabama, Mississippi, and the Florida Panhandle. The promotion was effective August 30, 2009. The office will continue to operate out of Chuck's current location and an additional Education Compliance Survey Specialist will be added to assist with their compliance responsibilities. The new compliance person will work with Chuck and Margaret Shirley-Myers, the current Compliance Specialist in Montgomery, to cover the entire expanded territory. Chuck has advised us that his expanded duties will, in no way, effect his dedication to provide Alabama's Certifying Officials the best possible service. He will just extend his experience and proffessional approach to the new territories. |
